All About the Hair

What kind of hair is used for the wigs?

We use only 100% raw hair sourced from Vietnam to make our wigs.

What is raw hair? 

Raw hair is premium hair that has not been processed in any way. This means you can manipulate the hair in any way you’d like. The hair can be bleached, dyed, and styled using hot tools. We recommend going to a professional to dye and bleach the hair properly to prevent damage to it.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, the hair can last for 3 to 5 years through multiple installs.

How do I choose a wig cap size?

To get a perfect fit, measure your head using our wig size chart located here.

What is density?

Density is measuring the thickness of the wig and is measured in percentages. The higher the density, the thicker the hair will be.

  • 150% density is approx. 2 bundles.
  • 180% density is approx. 3 bundles.
  • 250% density is approx. 4 bundles.

How much hair do I need?

You want to make sure you grab enough bundles to give you a full look. Here are our suggestions:

  • For lengths 12” to 16”, you should get at least 2 bundles.
  •  For lengths 18” to 24”, you should get at least 3 bundles.
  • For lengths 26” to 28”, you should get at least 4 bundles.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and the U.S. Observed Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be placed the following business day.

Processing times are dependent on the product type. 

  • Non-custom products (i.e., bundles, closure, frontals, kits) take 5 to 7 days to process.
  • Custom products (i.e., ready-to-wear, and custom wigs) take 7 to 14 days to process.

We provide two methods of getting your purchase to you:

  • Mail orders: Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 days to arrive at your address. Shipping confirmation emails with tracking information will be sent once the package has been shipped.
  • Local Pick-up: For customers located near Northern New Jersey, we offer the option of “Local Pick-Up”. You will receive a Ready for Pick-Up email with pick-up times and pick-up instructions.

Return Policy
